It is the call of the Government of Hungary in order to spread awareness of flexible employment opportunities enhancing work-life balance and increasing the employment of women with small children and to increase employer and worker adaptability.
In the framework of the cooperation the Government agrees to:
1) evaluare the submitted proposals within 30 days of the submissions deadline. Grant applications received for the call will be adjudicated under the procedural law according to the standard selection procedures;
2) grant 50-350 million HUF in non-refundable aid to the best projects in accordance with the terms of the call.
In the framework of the cooperation the organizations submitting the grantt application agree to:
– promote the spread of flexible employment in order to support the better coordination of work-life balance and to increase the employment of women with small children and to increase employer and worker adaptability.
The total allocation for the program is 4 billion HUF, from which the source of the 1st round(Part A) is 1 billion HUF, the source of the 2nd round(Part B) is 3 billion HUF. According to the preliminary plans in the 1st round 8-15 and in the 2nd round 200-500 grant claimants may be granted aid.
Organizations that have flexible work arrangementscould as well as verifiable experience on work and personal life harmonization are eligible to submit a project proposal :
A) companies that independently manage double-entry bookkeeping (including non-profit business associations);
B) consortia of up to 5 partners, which may include: businesses, non-profit or other not profit oriented organizations.
The deadline for the grant application is 31st of December 2014.
The method of the submission of the grant application: through an electronic formfilling program online.
Physical completion of the project should be achieved within 24 months from the start of the project, or if the project has not been started until the Grant Contract came into effect within 24 months after the Grant Contract comes into effect.
Projects within the region of Central Hungary are not eligible.
The amount of non-refundable grants: minimum 50.000.000 HUF, maximum 350.000.000 HUF
The maximum amount of contribution is 100% of the eligible costs.
Advance payment is available on request as defined under the rules of the procedure.
